Combining a servo-driven hoist with an articulated manipulator arm, it delivers smooth, variable-speed control. In addition, a unique Float Mode allows operators to guide loads with a light touch. Designed to increase safety, reduce operator fatigue, and speed up cycle times, the Gravity Ant is the ideal solution. This is especially true where standard hoists or pneumatic manipulators fall short. The Gravity Ant’s intelligent control and ergonomic design make it particularly well-suited to high-cycle applications. There, precision, speed, and operator comfort are equally important.
- Float Mode: Leaves the load weightless in the air, allowing operators to move and position it by hand without any control input. As a result, assembly and transportation tasks become effortless and precise.
- Servo Motor Drive: Delivers system efficiency of up to 90% with continuous variable speed control. In turn, this replaces the stepped speed common to standard control systems.
- Configurations: Available in three variants (Articulated Arm, Linear Rail, and Rail Jib) to suit different workspace layouts and handling requirements.
- Capacity and Reach: Handles loads from 50 kg to 300 kg depending on configuration. Reach options range from 2 m to 5 m, with lift heights of 1.8m, 2.5m or 3m.
- Speed: Lifting speeds significantly faster than comparable lifting devices, with unloaded speeds up to 75 m/min depending on configuration.
- Power Supply: Operates on standard 230 V or 115 V AC mono-phase supply. Additionally, its compact design allows for fast installation and start-up.
